The cost planner
Your planner answers stay in your own browser for the current session so they can fill in the quote form for you. They are cleared when you close the tab, and they are not sent anywhere on their own.
The quote form
The form gathers your answers in your browser and then hands them to you as a ready-made WhatsApp message, email or phone call. Nothing is submitted until you choose to send it, and it goes directly to Golden Oak rather than through a third party.
The chat assistant
Messages you type into the chat assistant are sent to an AI provider to generate a reply. Please do not put payment details or anything sensitive into it.
